You can hide all pictures in a document to make it quicker to browse through it.

This is what you do:

1. Click the File tab and then Options.

2. Click Advanced.

3. Scroll down to the Show document content heading and select Show picture placeholders.

4. Click OK.

A blank frame now appears in which the pictures have been inserted.
