A graphics editing program allows users to manipulate images on a computer. Computer graphics can be divided into two categories; raster graphics and vector graphics. Converting from vector graphics to raster graphics is easy, but the other way round is harder. Most graphics programs allow you to import and export one or more graphical file formats. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and GIMP are all examples of graphics programs.
