You can print out a monthly calendar to tack up on your office wall.

Do as follows

1. Click Calendar.

2. On the File menu, click Print.

3. In the Print Style window, click Monthly Style.

4. In the Start and End fields, enter the first and last days you want to print.

To print a whole year, enter the first day of the year in the Start field, and the last day of the year in the End field.

To print one month per page, click Page Setup, then select the Print Exactly One Month Per Page checkbox.

To print only weekdays, Monday through Friday, click Page Setup and select the Don't Print Weekends checkbox.
